No more guessing at the table.

Your team knows the menu. But a guest with an allergy, or a question about one sauce, needs the exact detail. With OI, the waiter checks the exact answer on their phone, without going back and forth to the kitchen or looking for a supervisor in the middle of a busy service. The same goes for ingredients, how a dish is cooked, the wine pairing, what is off tonight or an SOP. If the kitchen has not recorded something, OI says so and sends them to the kitchen, so no one has to guess.

  1. Each dish and drink holds the 14 major allergens (EU list), each one marked contains, may contain, free, or not recorded.
  2. Not recorded is never treated as free. OI says it is not recorded and sends staff to the kitchen.
  3. A dish the kitchen has not confirmed again for 90 days is not used for allergen answers.

In the language it was asked

OI answers in the language your team asks in. Screens and approved content are in the languages the hotel chooses: English and Turkish today, and each further language, Arabic included, is added in about two weeks.
